We say the internet age is here. But most adults really have no idea what is coming. Over the last several months I've been observing our young adults in high school and college. Our generation was hooked on 4 hours of TV a day - most young adults are spending several hours a day on the internet using facebook, email, IM, text message, internet, personal blogs, personal web sites and even on line business ventures.
So here is the idea of the month. Every kid in school should have a BIGWiki thread. www.TheBIGWiki.com/your name They would use it starting in first grade and then right through high school. It could be used for various school projects, school pictures, school archives, personal blog and so much more. By using tags the thread could be divided into 12 years and several sections for each year. Or with the content management system you could have individual versions for each grade or each project.
Just imagine how surprised you would be when you saw what your first grader accomplished on his thread. Just think how far ahead they will be by the time they are seniors. The use of a tread will make the school work more fun and exciting.
So if your ready to get your kids started on the road to success, sign them up. E mail me and let me know what grade they are in. I will make sure they have free renewal until they graduate high school. (12 years max of course)
